Laguna Palace Hotel Grado

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here! The room was spacious and clean, with quick WIFI and a great view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved the amazing breakfast and coffee. The hotel also had great facilities, including a top terrace bar and spa with a panoramic view.

Nothing not to love!

Nice break fast and for only 5 euro breakfast in your room! Nice clean rooms.

There is free parking outside, but no change to park your car here for full days, so you have to park in the hotel (which is fine), for 10euro a day.

Room was a good size (superior double) for us +2 kids aged 2.5 and 1, food was great (room service prompt), staff friendly and rooftop pool fantastic with amazing view

The hotel was perfectly located by the water, offering stunning views. We were pleased with the modern facilities and elegant decor, which added to the luxurious feel of our stay. the gourmet cuisine served in the on-site restaurant was truly unbeatable, with a variety of menu options to choose from. the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to our every need.

That the WiFi connectivity was not very strong, making it difficult to stay connected and browse the web. the hotel lacked a gym or fitness center, which could have been a nice addition to stay active during their vacation.

Staff were fabulous, very friendly. Room was gorgeous, full marks for the walk in wardrobe! Food at the restaurant was fantastic. A two minute walk from the beach and overlooking the marina, away from the busier side of Grado but still within walking distance of the restaurants and little shopping area.

Not a complaint at all but guests are predominantly German so a lot of the staff will speak German too you, regardless of how you are doggedly trying to make your way through the Italian phrase book!

We had a junior suite with a fantastic view of the lagoon. The hotel is a designer boutique hotel, small but everything tastefully done. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

€ 5 an hour for internet is a real rip off. This should be included as a standard in the room charges or at least be available at a more reasonable rate.

This place is located just in front of the best beach in town, offering a stunning view of the sea. The proximity to the beach is very convenient, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, the hotel is situated on the seafront, providing a wide selection of excellent restaurants in the area. The location is simply perfect for those who love beachfront dining.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice little town and the hotel was 5min walk from the beach (free of charge). The seniorsuite was a big comfortable flat (two rooms) with a nice balcony with some sea view.

This hotel was a great choice for a low-budget travel experience! the room was clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. With a stunning indoor pool and massage jets, the hotel certainly impressed. Plus, being only a short walk from that pristine beach was an added bonus. And, the breakfast in the stylish restaurant had so many delicious options to choose from.

Late check out was no problem. Calm, easygoing. Nice spa. Good breakfast.

The smell infront of the hotel.

The room was very modern ,large and comfortable. Once staff tried hard to speak in English and tried to be helpful. The hotel restaurant provided a very comprehensive breakfast with a lots of choice especially variuous fruits, cheeses, breads, pastries, snack foods and ham. There was also hot eggs if you wanted them. The position overlooking the marina was very pleasant and it was a short easy walk to the beach and old city centre.

There was no iron in the room which for a traveller is essential just for pressing. Laundry services were quick but with the usual expensive price tag

Design and fit of interior, outstanding contemporay elegant italien architecture. Hotel facilities (Spa, Bar, Restaurant) are above level of expectation.

Wlan inside room should be free in ressorts of this class (****). Bed (in particular mattrasses) should have two classes (hard and soft) orderable at reservation - we had some trouble with the hard ones. Garage/sidewalk exit is too high/too narrow for regular limousin cars, attention must be paid on driving out/over the step - some warning to the driver is helpful/recommended.

Great modern hotel with good spa facilities and great location to explore Grado centre, Udine, Trieste and the mountains are close too.

There was no information in the room about what the hotel has to offer; spa facilities, restaurant, bike rental etc and on check-in no information/map was offered either. I asked for an iron (4 star hotel) and the only service they offered was for the cleaning staff to iron (and pay for it).
